Wage: $26.44 per Hour
Hours: 30 To 40 Hours per week

Job Description:
Manage, plan, control and organize the overall operation of the restaurant on a day to day basis.
Adhere to, and ensure employees adhere to company standards in a manner that increase sales and minimize cost.
Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets collaboratively set by all managers and owners.
Establish relationships with the local community and maintain established social responsibility of the company.
Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
Coordinate staff scheduling
Recruit new staff, as well train and promote development of skills of existing staff
Solve customer complaints
Monitor and regulate food health and safety at all times
Work with food suppliers on regular basis
Maintain inventory and other supply in the restaurant
Manage banquets during events/caterings
Monitor day to day,monthly and years targets and growth of the restaurant
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
2 – 3 years of related work experience required
