Job description:
Position Title# Administrative Officer
Job Duties:
- Implement and maintain company defined procedures and administrative systems.
- Handle admin and all other telecommunication routine office tasks and responsibilities.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive team and other departments, effectively communicating and coordinating information and initiatives.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Inventory management, asset audits, and new assets ID preparations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the company.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain records and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Draft, Collect, and organize all the information in the form of memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
Job Requirements
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certicate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Salary and Overtime: $30.00 per hour || $45.00 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)
