Responsibilities:
Assure efficiency and compliance with company policies by coordinating office activities and operations
Manage administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure effective performance
Maintain the upper management's agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc.
Maintain a record of phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
Provide support for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Maintain and update personnel, financial, and other records and databases
Keep track of office supply stocks and place orders as needed
