Role Description
- Create financial and administrative regulations while devising promotional initiatives and granting approval for comprehensive human resource planning.
- Establish the company’s presence and brand name throughout the country and build and lead a growing team of professionals.
- Work closely with the COO and owners of the company to set up best practices, standard operating procedures, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Ensure high engagement from the team and alignment through effective communication.
- Led the team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, to ensure a motivated and effective team of professionals.
- Distribute material, human, and financial resources for the execution of organizational policies and programs.
- Aid the business development team in finding new ways that can garner more business.
- Analyze regular reports for management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff, fostering a positive work culture.
- Assess and mitigate business risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Authorize and coordinate the creation of significant departments along with the corresponding senior staff roles.
- Choose middle managers, directors, and other executives, assigning them the requisite authority and fostering optimal working conditions.
- Serve as the organization's representative or assign delegates to act on its behalf in negotiations and other official capacities.
- Harmonize and coordinate the activities of regions, divisions, and departments.
Role Eligibility
- A bachelor's degree is the minimum education required.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, financial statements, and strategies is essential.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Familiarity with the industry's dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and performance indicators to make informed decisions.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Capability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access with a strong understanding of their user-friendly features, is preferred.
