Job Title/ Category: Meat Cutter

Employer: Lahori Sweets and Restaurant Ltd, Surrey, BC

Position: 2 (Two)

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (30 hrs a week)

Wages: $ 20.50 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Skills and Employment Requirements: -

• Completion of secondary school or trade certificate or diploma or other program in cooking and food safety is usually required
• experience an asset
• English

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: -

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Remove bones from meat
• Cut poultry into parts
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
• Grind meats
