We currently have an  opening for an office administrator who will be responsible for the following duties :-

  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, appointments, and emails for executives and staff.

  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

  • Documentation and Filing: Manage and organize company documents, records, and files. Ensure that important documents are stored and accessible as needed.

  • Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and memos. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments. Arrange for necessary resources and amenities, such as conference rooms and catering.

Length :- Fulltime permanent weekly 30-35 hrs.

Pay – $25 per hour

Job Requirements :-

Language – English

Experience – 2-3 years
