Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: General Manager

1. Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
2. Work with the line managers to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
3. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
4. Support strategies and processes using a customer centric mindset to deliver results, and maximize efficiencies and productivity.
5. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary and forecast the onboarding.
6. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
7. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
8. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
9. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
10. Build alliances and partnerships with clients for effective business.
11. Support worker communication with the management team.
12. Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities, skills and abilities.
13. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Salary and Work details:

• $65.20/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
• $97.80/hr is the overtime Rate which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
• 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay

Other Job Details:

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree 
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Full time permanent role in the company
