JGJ Foods Ltd. dba Subway located in Surrey is looking for Shift Supervisor to join their growing team. The incumbent is responsible for managing assigned location for supervising, managing, and training staff to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are achieved. Applicant should be eager to lead, have ownership in what they do, and be able to create smiles on the face of our customers. Job duties

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operation of assigned location including staff management, food safety, guest services, sales, and food quality.
• Resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Control inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Follow company’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per company’s standards.
• Accountable for training and motivating staff.

Position Requirements

• Completion of college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in food service sector

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Good supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
• Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
• Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
