General Manager is required at: 2846471 Ontario Inc. o/a Tech Hub

Job Duties:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the day-to-day operations of Tech Hub, ensuring all services and facilities meet the highest standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s overall vision and goals.
• Oversee the financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the business.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the expectations of clients, driving their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support strategies and processes using a customer centric mindset to deliver results, and maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive revenue and profitability, ensuring the long-term success of Tech Hub.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, ensuring Tech Hub remains at the forefront of the IT industry.
• Lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives in line with the company's commitment to environmental stewardship, positioning Tech Hub as a leader in customized IT Services.
• Recruit, hire and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities.
• Adapt team priorities to respond to client and business partner needs.
• Provide front line supervision to an operational, service or administrative team.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree.

 Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay: 

• $65.10 CAD Per Hour

• Minimum 30 hours per week

• (Overtime Rate) $97.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

• Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
