Title: Bookkeeper 

• Maintain records of financial transactions.
• Use manual and electronic bookkeeping methods to create, maintain accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reconciliations.
• Maintain the records of account payable and receivable.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility, tax and other bills.
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Complete and submit the tax remittance forms and other government documents.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Windows, Quick Books

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $29.05 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $43.58 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
