Location: Concord, ON L4K 4M3
Salary: $65.50 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Reallocate resources to effectively execute organizational policies and programs, considering material, human, and financial aspects.
- Authorize and coordinate the creation of key departments and the relevant managerial positions within the organization.
- Set up financial and administrative oversight, develop and endorse marketing initiatives, and authorize comprehensive human resources planning.
- Define organizational goals and create or authorize policies and programs to achieve them.
- Act as the organization's representative or delegate authorized individuals to represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
- Appoint middle managers, directors, or executives, grant them the required authority, and establish an ideal working environment.
- Develop, oversee, and manage financial plans and budgets, as well as monitor income and expenses, while taking responsibility for budget administration.
- Facilitate collaboration among regions, departments, or divisions and assess financial risk.
- Create financial projections, funding plans, various financing scenarios, and other documentation related to capital management.
- Planned, managed, and tracked financial plans and budgets, while also overseeing income and expenditure.
- Providing leadership and direction to the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
- 5 years or more of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles is essential.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effectively conveying information to various stakeholders.
- The budgetary responsibility may fall between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- The ability to identify financial challenges, develop solutions, and make decisions that align with the organization's goals is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations is vital.
- Strong leadership abilities and management experience are crucial for overseeing a finance department and leading a team.
- One may often engage in negotiations with vendors, clients, and other partners, so strong negotiation skills are beneficial.
- A commitment to high ethical standards and integrity is essential, especially when handling sensitive financial data.
