Salary: $ 32.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including organizing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
- Accurately enter data into databases and maintain records, including inventory, customer information, and financial documents.
- Facilitate communication within the company by relaying messages, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and managing time-off requests.
- Help in developing and implementing office policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
- Provide support to customers, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and workshops, handling logistics, invitations, and catering arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain organized and updated filing systems for documents, contracts, and other important records.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of a minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years is required.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills are crucial for relaying information, handling inquiries, and maintaining professional communication within the organization.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle time-sensitive assignments is important in this role.
- Need to be detail-oriented to accurately handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills are valuable for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and email, are usually necessary.
- Being able to handle unexpected challenges and finding effective solutions is a valuable skill.
