PGL Truck Centre Ltd. located at 118 Rutherford Road S, Brampton, L6W 3J5, ON requires 1 Office Administrator on Permanent and full-time basis. Wage: $ 27.15 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ administrative experience in workshop environment.       Job Duties

  1. Overall coordination between staff and management to ensure the smooth operations of workshop.
  2. Work Order planning and execution for timely completion of repair jobs
  3. Co-ordinate and Liaise with Fleet Owners, Corporate Customers
  4. Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed.
  5. Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, negotiate prices as and when asked by the management.
  6. Assist the owner in overseeing the business management and Resolve customer complaints.
  7. Ensure the workplace safety for workers as well as customers.
  8. Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources.
  9. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business
