Job description:
PGL Truck Centre Ltd. located at 118 Rutherford Road S, Brampton, L6W 3J5, ON requires 1 Office Administrator on Permanent and full-time basis. Wage: $ 27.15 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ administrative experience in workshop environment. Job Duties
- Overall coordination between staff and management to ensure the smooth operations of workshop.
- Work Order planning and execution for timely completion of repair jobs
- Co-ordinate and Liaise with Fleet Owners, Corporate Customers
- Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, negotiate prices as and when asked by the management.
- Assist the owner in overseeing the business management and Resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure the workplace safety for workers as well as customers.
- Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources.
- Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business
