Salary: $ 65.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the financial strategy for the organization, aligning it with overall business objectives and long-term goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, and guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Make critical financial decisions based on thorough analysis, risk assessment, and consideration of the organization's best interests.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and external partners, providing them with transparent and strategic financial insights.
- Lead financial transformation initiatives, adapt to market changes, and implement innovative financial practices to keep the organization competitive.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, ethical financial practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the organization's reputation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial assets and investments.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions that enhance the organization's financial position and growth prospects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor financial performance, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Effectively handle financial crises or downturns by implementing contingency plans, managing cash flow, and making tough decisions to ensure the organization's resilience.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is the minimum educational requirement.
- Extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles, often with a minimum of 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- The budgetary responsibility lies within $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- A proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and achieving strategic financial goals.
- Previous leadership roles in finance or related departments, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop teams.
- A strong professional network within the finance industry and related sectors.
- The capacity to adapt to changing financial landscapes and market conditions.
- A commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
