Main Job Duties:
- Assess and execute novel administrative protocols.
- Entrust tasks to the office support team.
- Establish priorities for assignments, ensuring compliance with procedures and meeting deadlines.
- Execute administrative functions within the organization.
- Manage and enforce policies and regulations pertaining to the disclosure of records in the context of government access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and strategize office support services, including accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, document management, asset disposal, parking, upkeep, and security.
- Assist in formulating the operational budget and maintaining control over inventory and financial resources.
- Compile data and compose routine and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondences.
- Execute data input tasks.
- Provide guidance and instruction to staff members.
- Supervise and harmonize administrative procedures within the office.
- Oversee the management of payroll.
- Strategize and monitor the budget and financial outlays.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School.
- A university degree in management will be an asset.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience is required in a related position.
