We, Phuong For Hair are looking for a full-time, permanent, and reliable Salon Supervisor to assist with our business.

Number of positions: 1
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)
Wage & Benefit: $24.35/hr, 30 hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Work Setting: Hair salon, Beauty shop
Work Location: 733 McPhillips St, Winnipeg, MB R2X 2H7
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience:
– Several years of relevant work experience
– At least 1-2 years in supervisor experience
Job Duties:
– Establish work schedules and procedures considering seasonality for occasions and peak times
– Supervise, and coordinate the performance (activities) of workers and provide guidance
– Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Monitor and ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards and that customers are satisfied
– Resolve work-related problems and suggest the solutions
– Maintain and order salon supplies, and equipment and report to the manager if needed
– Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment if needed
– Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
– Ensure compliance with the highest sanitation standards across all beauty stations
– Ensure all staff are complying with occupational health and safety regulations
– May perform the same duties as workers supervised
