Manage Kitchen Operations
Prepare and cook complete meals or individuals dishes
Plan menus, determine size of the food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
Clean kitchen and work areas
Assist and provide necessary training to the employees in food handling
Supervise kitchen operations
Food, supplies and equipment must be inventoried and recorded.
Inspect kitchen area
