Arka Experts is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into the next phase of growth and success. The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, fostering innovation, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education, business management, and leadership, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and develop a strategic plan to drive company growth and expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including education consulting, tutoring services, and test preparation programs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement among the team.
• Lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of executive leadership experience in the  related field.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, business development, and achieving growth targets.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job details –

Pay – $85/hr

Length – Fulltime permanent weekly 35-40hrs
