Kin Kao Thai Kitchen is a group of young entrepreneurs operating an intimate,
modern Thai restaurant. We are currently hiring full-time, permanent 1 Cook for
our lunch and dinner service. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)
Employer: TMT Investment Group Inc. o/a Kin Kao Thai Kitchen
Work location: 903 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5L 3W8
Wage and benefit: $22.00/hr, based on 30-36hr/wk, 4% paid vacation.
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for (Ethnic) food

Job duties:
-Prepare and cook complete meal course or individual dishes using recipes and food products for Thai food
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance
-Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by chef
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain records of food, inventory, supplies, and equipment or order supplies
-Clean work area and kitchen and maintain workstation clean
-Maintain food inventory, and supervise kitchen helpers
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
