Job summary:

Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen Vietnamese & Canadian Cuisine Ltd. (DBA Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen) located on Victoria Drive, Vancouver B.C. We are specializing in serving authentic Vietnamese food such as fish cake noodles, special beef pho, noodle soup, spring rolls, and many more…. We are hiring a full-time Kitchen Helper.

Job description:

We offer: C$16.75/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity shared with all staffs.

Job Requirement:

• On-the-job training is provided.
• Some work experience related is an asset.
• Availability to work on weekends.

Job Duties:

• Prepare food ingredients such as washing, peeling and slicing…
• Portion, assemble, and package for take-out orders
• Sanitize the store every hour to maintain the required standard.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and kitchen tools, sweep, mop the floors after work.
• Perform duties as requested to assist cook and kitchen staff.
