Corporate Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilties:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the set targets. This includes identifying target markets, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
Regularly monitor the performance of the sales team. This involves tracking individual and team sales metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer acquisition costs.
Responsible for managing the sales department's budget, including expenses related to sales promotions, incentives, and travel.
Ensuring that the sales team adheres to all company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
Actively seeking feedback from customers, team members, and senior management to continually improve sales processes and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for presentation to senior management.

Compensation & Hours:
Salary and working hours: CAD $53.25 per hour with minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $79.88 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
