Salary:  20-21 CAD hourly / 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment

Full time Employment,

Start date: As soon as possible.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Helpers to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the job site operates smoothly. If you're looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in the construction industry, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, with various tasks on the job site.
  • Load and unload construction materials and tools.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the work area.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Perform basic construction tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and installing fixtures.
  • Provide general support to the construction team as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
