Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Position Available: 01
Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)
Wage: C$19.00/Hour (35 to 40 hours per week)
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Tatta Chulha Inc is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Job Responsibilities are:
- Manage and oversee all the operations of the restaurant- both front and back.
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
- Maintain inventory of all supplies required by the restaurant.
- Ensure positive relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Manage and establish the work schedules of the restaurant’s staff.
- Interview, hire, and train restaurant staff.
- Maintain the inventory and ensure that all food supplies and essentials are adequately stocked.
- Create a safe and clean environment by enforcing health and sanitation policies.
- Develop and oversee the plans to improve customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality food standards.
- Oversee food preparation, service, and presentation to ensure food health and safety regulations compliance.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
