2399968 Ontario Inc, O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 8887 Gore Rd Unit 57-58, Brampton, ON, L6P 2K9 requires 2 Assistant Baker on Permanent/Full time basis. Wages $ 18.00/ hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 days sick leave will be given. Job Duties Assistant Baker
- Weigh, sift, measure, and mix baking ingredients.
- Assist baker in preparing dough and bake ethnic breads including Tandoor (Oven) breads. i.e Naan bread, Oven baked Missi Roti etc.
- Assist Baker in preparing dough for Indian cuisine, snacks with rigid spice mix and other ethnic herbs i.e. puff, pastries, samosas, and sweet goods
- Bake mixed doughs and batters for Indian deserts, snacks and ethnic condiments.
- Portion, roll, knead, cut or shape dough to form different types of ethnic breads and sweet goods as per the specified recipe.
- Ensuring the baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitizer.
- Any other related tasks
