Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure the shipping and transportation of goods from their location to the destinations where they will be sold and used.
- Ensure vast quantities of goods are delivered safely and on time.
- Scheduling pickup, delivery and distribution of products and materials.
- Providing shipping instructions and routing information, confirming and coordinating delivery times and locations.
- Managing the operational strategy and systems for distribution operations, including order fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and transportation.
- Maintaining stock level for extensive inventories and ensure their quality and quantity.
- Managing the warehouse to ensure customers demand are meet and oversee the cost and amount of distributed products.
- Resolve customer service issues, deal with customer concerns, and prepare responses to customer issues and problems
- Assist in the finishing, assembly and packaging of products.
- Performing duties related to the distribution and receiving of materials.
- Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
- Responsible for proper staging, loading and unloading of items.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
