Steven Le Notary Corporation is hiring a full-time and permanent Administrative Assistant.

Job description:


We offer: C$25.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk). 4% vacation.

Work location: 5527 Victoria Drive, Vancouver BC V5P 3W2

Language of work:  English

Number of positions: 1

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • At least 1 year of previous experience working in the related field.

Job Duties:

  • Type, edit, and proofread various documents like letters, invoices, reports, etc.,
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, both physical and electronic.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the Notary.
  • Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems, both physical and computerized.
  • Establish office procedures and ensure they are followed.
  • Greet walk-in clients, ask the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Take notes and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Able to supervise and train other and new staff in procedure and in the use of current software.
  • Assist in organizing zoom meetings if necessary.
