Job description:
We offer: C$25.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk). 4% vacation.

Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least 1 year of previous experience working in the related field.
Job Duties:
- Type, edit, and proofread various documents like letters, invoices, reports, etc.,
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, both physical and electronic.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the Notary.
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Answer phone calls and emails, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Set up and maintain filing systems, both physical and computerized.
- Establish office procedures and ensure they are followed.
- Greet walk-in clients, ask the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Take notes and prepare meeting minutes.
- Able to supervise and train other and new staff in procedure and in the use of current software.
- Assist in organizing zoom meetings if necessary.
