Skyview Insurance Brokers Ltd Is hiring an Administrative assistant - office (NOC 13110)

1 Full time-Permanent position available, to start as soon as possible

Wage $25.00-$27.00 per hour

40 hours per week

Company address and Location of work: 102-7500 120 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 3N1

 

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of secondary education
  • Experience: 1 year of related experience
  • Language: English
