Job description:
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the administrative protocols within the office.
- Assessing, analyzing, and integrating new procedures.
- Assign work priorities, distribute the work within the staff, ensure the tasks completion within the deadline assigned.
- Facilitate the completion of business activities such as government remittance, reports etc.
- Schedule office management and security services, manage the office relocation, accommodation, parking, office supplies and other services.
- Perform analysis and monitoring of management processes related to budgeting, contracts, and projects.
- Compile the data and prepare the manuals, reports, and correspondences.
- Maintain filing system of the company to save the confidential data of the company.
- Accommodate the budget preparation and maintain the inventory.
Qualification And Skills
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required.
Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Ability to multitask, Time management
- Knowledge about computer applications (Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Windows, MS Word).
- Candidate is required to adapt to: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail and handle large workload.
