Job Duties
- Convert handwritten copy and shorhand into letters and legal documents such as deeds, wills affidavits, and briefs.
- Establish professional daily interaction with clients and the courts while setting up calendar and scheduling management.
- Investigate the situation, gather information and documentary methods, and provide case -relevant materials.
- Prepare case summaries, condense testimony, interrogatories, and depositions, and manage client and witness correspondences.
- Coordinate meetings, and appointments for the clients and provide administrative support accordingly.
- Set up office routines and procedures, answer, and route phone calls and account billing and collection.
- Assist in the planning of hearings and trials and create communications and/or legal papers for review.
- Perform various administrative functions, including but not limited to , conflict checks, maintain and organize files and lift of clients.
