Position: Construction Electrician Helper

Job Location: Various locations across lower mainland area, depends on job project site. Main Office Address: 13858 Hansen Road Surrey, BC V3R 5M3 

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required, on job training will be provided.

Number of openings: 2

Wage: $20.80/ Hr

Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week

Language: English

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

• Move tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to the work site.
• Help electricians install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, including lighting fixtures, switches, relays, circuit breakers, and communication systems.
• Cut, strip, and bend wires to the appropriate length, and drill holes to push or pull wiring through openings using hand and power drills as directed by foreman/senior worker.
• Help in install wiring and cables & other equipment’s.
• Properly clean up job sites on regular intervals.
• Assist with testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance with local and federal electrical codes.
• Perform other labour and helper duties as required.
