Location: Oakville, ON L6H 6X7
Salary: $62.50 per hour for 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the organization's strategic vision, long-term goals, and business plans.
- Ensuring financial consultancy services meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- Optimizing resource allocation, including human resources, capital, and technology investments.
- Overseeing the company's financial health, including budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring profitability.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing various operations to maximize organizational efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Leading and mentoring a team of staff members, ensuring they work cohesively towards company objectives. Also, hiring and training new staff members.
- Identifying growth opportunities, expanding profitability.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring company performance against these benchmarks.
- Overseeing regular updates and reports leading organizational change initiatives and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
- Handling crises or emergencies effectively to minimize disruption or damage.
- Engaging in high-stakes negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline is typically required.
- Extensive experience of not less than 5 years in responsible leadership roles is crucial.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, make strategic decisions, and drive organizational success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex business challenges.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $100,001 - $500,000.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to develop and implement risk management strategies.
