Administrative Officer- Full Time Permanent Position
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking project timelines and administrative tasks to communication to client for all deliverables.
- Manage and supervise administrative processes within the office, assess and appraise implemented procedures.
- Enforce protocols and guidelines governing the disclosure of records while handling requests in accordance with government access to information and privacy laws.
- Organize and strategize office support functions, including relocations, equipment and supplies management, form management, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform analysis and manage administrative activities associated with budgeting, contracting, as well as project planning and management procedures.
- Support in generating and maintaining the operational budget and maintain office inventory.
- Assemble data, prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Handling and directing incoming and outgoing communications.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary : CAD $27.20 per hour (Overtime paid CAD $40.80 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours : Minimum 30 hours per week
Career Level : Minumum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience with minimum college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
