Minimum Education: College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

- Supervise staff
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing
- Managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
SKILLS and KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- One year to less than 2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility required.
