Dispatching
Supervise workers, projects and other drivers to ensure timely deliveries; Train or arrange for training, dispatch drivers and monitor their routes; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Serve as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints; Work with the Maintenance Department to coordinate services & repairs to the equipment; Ensure drivers follow routes as assigned as per company guidelines; Enforce policies and procedures for product delivery (truck cleanliness, temperature and service); Drive delivery vehicles following delivery driving routes; Monitor Loading and Unloading of trucks and ensure the freight are delivered correctly; Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly and review all documentation with planned schedule
