Location: Oakville, ON L6M 2G2

Salary: $ 64.25 hourly / 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Managing the budget and allocating resources effectively.
  • Managing and leading the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Building and maintaining key client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the negotiation, creation, and management of contracts and agreements.
  • Analyzing market trends and forecasting sales to make informed business decisions.
  • Managing the budget and allocating resources effectively.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Leading negotiations with clients and others as well as overseeing the closing of major deals.
  • Overviewing regular reports on the performance of the team and stakeholders.
  • Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing and optimizing sales technologies to enhance productivity and data analysis.
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with sales operations, such as changing market conditions or economic factors.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales is typically required. 
  • Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management is crucial. 
  • The budgetary responsibility lies within $100,001 - $500,000. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are a must.
  • The ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and growth is highly valued.
  • The capability to identify and resolve sales-related challenges and adapt to changing market conditions is critical.
  • Understanding financial metrics and managing budgets is often part of the role.
  • A strong network of industry contacts can be advantageous for business development and partnerships.
