We are looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, hard working and honest store manager to manage day to day operations of their store situated in Surrey BC.

Position: Assistant Store Manager

Vacancy: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time 40 hr / week

Wage: C$35.00/ hr

Language Preference: English

Education: Senior Secondary Schooling.  

Experience: 2 to 3 years in same or related field.

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: 8140 128 St #337, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1

Job Duties:

• Take responsibility for managing daily operations of the store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to the requests and issues of the customers.
• Mange staff and assign duties.
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditure and monitor revenue of the store.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the store.
• Determine the market trend and consumer demand by doing research work.
•  Study the potential sales volume and effect of competitors on the sales.
• Implement market strategies.
• Negotiate with the vendors for best deals.
• Check the promotional signage and pricing.
• Make schedules of the staff
• Hire and train the staff.
• Make performance reviews.
• Determine the products to be sold, and implement the pricing and credit policies. 

Other skills: Accurate, excellent oral, written and communication skills, client focused and organized.
