Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)

Employer details: Unified Accountants Inc.

Location: 1114 Main Street, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0

Salary: CDN $25/hr for 30 to 40 hours a week

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

Vacancies: 1 (one)

Job requirements: -

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books,
• maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
