Location: Markham, ON L3P 3A6
Salary: $67.20 hourly for 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities
- Developing business strategies to increase sales and profitability, considering market trends and competition.
- Overseeing and leading various sectors such as production, sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Managing budgets, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Motivating the team to innovate and introduce new ice cream flavors and ready-to-eat products to meet customer preferences.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of products, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- Building and maintaining strong customer or client relationships and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Exploring new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Assessing and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, food safety issues, or other potential threats to the business.
- Supervise and examine the company's specialized reports, assessing profitability and more.
- Directing and managing marketing campaigns to promote products, attract customers, and increase brand awareness.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in the food industry, particularly in a leadership or management role, is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control. The budgetary responsibility falls within $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Strong understanding of the ice cream and ready-to-eat packages market, including trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.
