Duties: 

• Communicate via digital means or face to face with computer users who are having problems, to identify and record their issues.
• Consider user guides, technical guides, and other documentation, to investigate and execute solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Recreate, identify and resolve technical issues face by users.
• Assist users with company systems, networks, and the Internet as required in response to detected issues.
• Gather, arrange and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Contribute to the redesign of applications and computer software.
• May supervise other technical support workers in this group.
