We will provide:
- Minimum of 37.5 hours/ week throughout your employment period
- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
- Pay Range from $29 - $31 per hour
Duties
- Provide first-level IT support to the office and remote teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting workstations, servers, and other equipment’s like printers, scanners or external hard drives.
- Monitor IT systems to ensure they are operational and free from outages.
- Ensuring the safeguarding of company data through routine backups and storage management.
- Provide basic training on IT systems to the new employees.
- Maintain documentation related to configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
- Ability to work legally in Canada
