Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Managing and leading the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Setting ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Managing the sales department's budget to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Analyzing sales data to predict future trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implementing and tracking performance metrics to assess individual and team success.
- Allocating resources as well as collaborating with the other staff to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
- Ensuring that sales practices comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Providing deep analyses on the regular reports on sales performance and strategic updates.
- Addressing issues and challenges that arise within the department promptly and effectively.
- Encouraging innovation and creativity in sales approaches to stay ahead in the competitive skincare industry.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management is crucial.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience in leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the skincare industry, including products, trends, and consumer preferences, is highly valuable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial acumen to ensure profitability.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address sales challenges effectively and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
Location: Oakville, ON L6H 6X7
Salary: $64.25 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
