Position:                            Production Supervisor

Duration:                          Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:                               32/week Minimum

Salary:                               $27.00/hr

Overtime:                        As per provincial standards - after 40hrs/week

Language of work:          English

Education:                        Minimum Secondary School
Experience:                      Experience 1yr to less than 2 year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
    • Prepare production and other reports
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
    • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
    • Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process

 Benefits: As per mutual agreement and BC Employment standards act 4% vacation pay of the gross salary or 10 days of annual paid vacation.
