We will provide:
- A range of 30-32 hours per week throughout your employment period
- Pay at $ 27.25 per hour
- Paid vacation of 10 calendar days each year
- Total annual salary based on the above calculation will be $ 42,000 - $ 45,000
Duties
- Handle the lease contracts for fleet vehicles, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements.
- Coordinate with leasing companies as necessary for leased vehicles.
- Organize and maintain all administrative records related to the fleet, including vehicle specifications, lease agreements, and legal documentation.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of parts, maintenance services, and other fleet-related needs.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs, making sure they align with lease terms and regulations.
- Ensuring all vehicles and operations are in compliance with local, federal, and provincial laws.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking related to fleet expenses.
- Oversee training modules for new office workers and drivers, with a focus on compliance.
- Handle issues and complaints, making improvements and corrections in process as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in office environment
- Ability to legally work in Canada
