Location: Etobicoke, ON M9C 5J1
Salary: $ 67.15 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial health of the company, including budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control.
- Efficient allocation of human, material, and financial resources.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure business and ensure client satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent in the IT consulting field.
- Leading and mentoring teams of IT professionals, consultants, and support staff.
- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets to expand the company's client base.
- Ensuring successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.
- Maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Regularly communicating with management, stakeholders, and other members.
- Assessing and reporting on the company's performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or management, is crucial for this job.
- Extensive experience in the IT consultancy industry, often ranging 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership abilities and skills of motivating teams, and the ability to lead and inspire others.
- A demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- An understanding of financial management, budgeting, and the ability to drive revenue growth and cost control as the budgetary responsibility falls across $500,001 to $ 1,500,000.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in complex and high-pressure situations.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities and deals.
