Job description:
Location: Etobicoke, ON M9C 5J1
Salary: $ 32.15 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance relationships with current clients and proactively reach out to prospective clients to boost sales and expand your customer base.
- Understand the needs and available resources of clients, and offer tailored recommendations for the right services.
- Address and solve issues related to various services effectively.
- Facilitate sales transactions and manage the creation and administration of sales contracts.
- Engage in post-sale consultations with clients or customers after contracts have been signed.
- Deliver informative presentations to clients, highlighting the advantages and applications of the services.
- Offer continuous support and deliver exceptional customer service by consulting with clients after the sale has been completed.
- Develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies to enhance the visibility and desirability of your products or services.
- Create and oversee a comprehensive budget that includes financial planning and management to ensure that available resources are allocated efficiently to support sales and service objectives.
- Generate detailed reports that encompass relevant data and insights related to business operations, sales, and services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A CEGEP/ college diploma is preferred.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial.
- Experience of 2 to 3 years in the sales field or market is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and provide solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's services is highly valued.
- Building relationships and networking with customers is essential.
- The ability to identify and solve customer problems or challenges is important.
