Job Duties:
1. Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
2. Presenting menus, taking orders, and providing detailed descriptions of menu items.
3. Offering recommendations and personalizing the dining experience based on guest preferences.
4. Efficiently managing guest requests and special dietary requirements.
5. Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring each dish is beautifully presented and served with care.
6. Monitoring and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
7. Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
8. Present bills to customers in a friendly and courteous manner, accept payments in various forms, including cash, credit or debit cards, travelers' checks, or room billings, with accuracy and professionalism.
9. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service.
10. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
11. Address customers' complaints or concerns with empathy, patience, and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of High School.
2. Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required.
3. A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
