SoftTrans Canada was founded in 2019, in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. Our objective is to service exporters in Atlantic Canada by providing elevated freight forwarding services via more diversified air cargo gateways to more destinations in Asia.

Job duties:
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
- Gather, research and prepare communications material
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Perform administrative tasks
- Develop and implement business plans
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles
- Design market research questionnaires
- Develop marketing strategies
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
Qualifications / Skills:
- 1-2 year Proven working experience in marketing
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Event planning and coordination experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry trends.
- Highly self-motivated, Independent and problem-solving skills
- Effective sales, customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, and client handling skills.
