Broadway Bar, together with Old Town Restaurant, is located in Riverside Inn, which offers accommodation in Wabasca and features a free carpark, a golf course and a Jacuzzi. A day at Riverside Inn begins with a hot breakfast. The on-site bar features billiards and billiards table. Guests can relax and be entertained with a flat screen TV and a bar or with activities such as billiard and fisheries. Old Town Restaurant offers Dine-in services for local communities. You will be responsible for the following duties:

Primary job duties include (but are not limited to) assisting the restaurant in all aspects of the daily operation and function of the restaurant - which includes:

-        Supervision of staff in the preparation/serving of food and beverage;

-        Serving and dealing with customers complaints or problems;

-        Ensure all food and beverage sold and served meet high standards;

-        Set work schedules of other staff and assign duties;

-        Make sure all health and safety regulations procedures are practised and met;

-        Ordering of supplies for food and beverages;

-        Counting/verifying registers, daily entry of waste and daily numbers and receivables;

-        Ensure all general cleaning and sanitation of restaurant and equipment is performed adequately.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation
  • Language: English
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant & bar setting

 

Specific Skills:

  • Ability to supervise 3-4 people
  • Client Focus
