Position: Administrative Officer

Job Duties:

  • Develop detailed policies and procedures to be followed by staff;
  • Overlook the budget of operation and plan and control curriculums;
  • Respond to concerns, problems and any other issues that may arise;
  • Manage admissions and interact with students and families;
  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies to promote the school;
  • Plan, organise and develop the day-to-day operations of the school;
  • May hire and train staffs;
  • Review, evaluate and implement new procedures;
  • Prepare reports and conduct analysis to ensure the school is operating well.

 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Wage: $27.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of vacation payment of remuneration

 

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

- Education: Completion of Secondary School

- Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience

- Language: Speak English, read English, write English
