Specific Skills: Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed Establish work schedules Co-ordinate work activities with other departments Prepare production and other reports Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Monitor safety conditions Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company Policies
